What is RubberCover EPDM?
Elevate's RubberCover EPDM is a high-performance roofing system for residential flat roofing applications limited to 150 m². It is based on a 100% cured, single-ply EPDM synthetic rubber membrane.
Which products require the application of Elevates QuickPrime Plus primer?
Elevate's QuickPrime Plus primer must be used with ALL Elevate QuickSeam products in order to clean and prime the membrane before their application.
Are any of the products going to be discontinued?
At this stage in the brand acquisition and transition, there are no plans to discontinue any products. We will, as we always have done, keep our customers fully informed of any upcoming changes or additions to our ever-expanding range of roofing supplies.
Is PermaRoof owned by Elevate?
No, PermaRoof UK is not owned by Elevate or Holcim. We are delighted for Firestone Building Products, one of our largest suppliers, as it embarks on a new chapter in its 40-year history. We look forward to working with Elevate and continuing to supply its high performance EPDM systems as the new brand evolves.
Will my existing Firestone warranty be valid?
Yes, all warranties will continue to be valid until the date of expiration.
If I order RubberCover today, will my order be delayed?
No, we envisage no exceptional delays as a result of the brand changes.
Will you still include RubberCover in the roof kits?
Yes, we will continue to include the high performance RubberCover EPDM as standard in our existing roof kits range.
How can I tell if my products are genuine?
PermaRoof UK stocks only genuine branded products. We will keep our customers fully updated regarding brand labelling changes and updates where appropriate moving forward.
Are the products changing?
No. All the high-quality branded products currently available in our store will remain the same.
