A liquid waterproofing product, such as P100, is ideal for a concrete garage roof. It is a liquid PU formula, easily applied in a single coat.
There are a few options for garage roofing materials and the right system for you will depend on several factors – including project use, scope, design and existing substrate.
EPDM membrane is a high performance option that offers longevity and reliability with a 50-year service life expectancy. Fast and easy to install, and available in kit form, EPDM can tick many boxes for both homeowners and trade roofing professionals.
Yes. Sufficient adhesive, sealant, membrane, trim and fixings are all included in your garage roof kit. Simply enter the roof sizes, and we’ll calculate the right quantities for you.
We stock standard sized, off-the-shelf single and double garage roof kits. We also offer a custom, enter-your-own-size option. For the custom kit, you will need to enter the width and length of the garage in metres.

- Measure twice
- Ask someone else to check the measurements
- Add 300mm to both length and width to allow for overhang
The ideal length of overhang is around 150mm. We allow an additional 300mm of EPDM in our standard garage roof kits to ensure an even overhang on all sides. Please add 300mm to both width and length measurements when ordering enter-your-own-size kits.
