The SealEco Premium EPDM system is installed using a series of tapes and accessories. It is available in larger panels, which makes installation faster and straightforward for a professional installer.

Fleece backed EPDM is ideal for green roofing, having high puncture resistance. When using any waterproofing membrane, an insulating or cushioning layer should always be used to protect the membrane from stones typical of the drainage layers.
SealEco fleece backed EPDM is suitable for most typical commercial roofing constructions, such as timber, concrete and metal.
The environmental impact of RubberTop is minimal, during both production and application. The membranes do not release any toxic substances, which means that the rainwater run-off is perfectly suitable for irrigation. RubberTop EPDM is also 100% recyclable. Using the latest techniques, we can split the ingredients and reuse them in our mixtures for new membranes. That is why EPDM is classified as the most environmentally friendly product.
The fleece backing is applied during production, before vulcanization of the EPDM membrane takes place which provides extra adhesion between the fleece and the rubber. This results in a very stable membrane, suitable for adhered and mechanical fastened roofing applications.
SealEco RubberTop is used widely for both new builds and roof refurbishments.
The service life expectancy is of more than 50 years when installed according to instructions.
SealEco RubberTop Fleece EPDM has high resistance against root penetration and temperature variations, making it ideal for green roofing.
