Custom and bespoke kits

PermaRoof’s range of flat roofing kits includes a ‘Build Your Own’ option, simply requiring project measurements to produce a tailored kit. Where a colour is specified, this refers to the trim colour only – the EPDM membrane is charcoal grey/black in colour.

What’s included in a PermaRoof flat roof kit?

A PermaRoof full kit includes: EPDM membrane, water-based adhesive or bonding adhesive, sealant, edge and gutter trims, external corners, end caps, joint clips, foam tape and fixings (e.g., polypins). Kits also include an extra 300mm of membrane for overhang. Note that shed roof kits do not include trim and the associated accessories and fixings. Measurements needed: Measure twice, on-ground outside, using an extra long tape to do it in one go.

Why EPDM?: Durable with longer lifespan compared to felt or other traditional materials; expanding as the material of choice.
