How to Enter
Step One: Show us your roof
Share your pictures and a brief description of your project with us and we’ll splash it across our websites and social media, motivating flat roofers nationwide to explore new possibilities with our products and your inspiration. Tag us @permaroof in your posts or #permaroof.
Step Two: Enter the monthly prize draw
You don’t need to do anything else! Your submissions will be entered automatically into our fantastic new monthly prize draw for the chance to win a host of superb prizes, with the winning roof appearing centre stage on our blog.
No limit to your submissions!
Fitting more roofs? With a new prize each month and no submission limit, the more roofs you fit, the more exposure your company and handiwork will get … and the more chance you’ll have of winning.

Our method of works:
- Regrind chase to all abutment walls to depth of 25mm and clean
- Remove the existing roof and dispose of
- Remove the gutter and attachments and dispose of
- Remove the fascia and dispose of
- Supply and install 6×2 timber kerbs to both sides and front of the roof as edge protection for the insulation and a fitting point for the new required wider fascia
- Supply and install new uPVC full replacement fascia boards complete with attachments to suit
- Supply and install new uPVC gutters complete with attachments and downpipes
- Water test newly installed gutters
- Supply and install VB 500 vapour barrier
- Supply and install 150mm Celotex insulation boards
- Supply and install new 11mm OSB boards over the insulation to gain a smooth finish complete with thermal bridge and screws
- Supply and install new premium EPDM rubber membrane roof, fully bonded using water based adhesive glues to the newly laid decking and bonding adhesives to any abutments
- Supply and install new check kerbs, stop beads, flashing trims, drip trims and the relevant tapes as and where required
- Point flashings in a remix mortar
- To be covered by a 20-year product warranty and a 10-year G J Smith Roofing guarantee
