To waterproof a shed, we recommend using an EPDM membrane. Start by measuring the length and width to calculate the size of the membrane you will need. Add 300mm to allow for overhang. Strip back the old roof covering and prepare the surface area, before applying adhesive and the new EPDM membrane.

Remove the existing shed roof covering and remove any grease or oil spots using a solvent-free cleaner. Once the roof is prepared, lay out the membrane over the roof to rest for 30 minutes. This allows packaging creases to dissipate.
