Do you need special tools?
No special tools are needed for installation. Please refer to the section above for a list of basic tools.
What weather conditions are ideal for installation?
We do not recommend installing RubberGutter EPDM SA during periods of humid weather or when rain is expected. Ideal temperatures are above -7°C.
Is primer needed?
No primer or adhesives are needed on prepared metal substrates for RubberGutter installation. Porous surfaces, such as brick, require priming with QuickPrime Plus primer before application. We advise a bond test first on large applications and if in doubt use the Quickprime Plus Primer.
Is RubberGutter just for metal gutters?
RubberGutter EPDM SA is ideal for metal gutter refurbishment, but it can also be applied to wood and concrete.
