COVID-19 Service Update: May 2022

Our Covid guidelines will continue for the safety and protection of our customers and staff. Please refer to the list of measures below.

The following amendments apply at the current time:

Collecting Orders or Visiting the Premises

We no longer require customers to wear a face mask on the premises, unless they wish to do so.

In-House Training Courses

In-house training courses have now resumed for groups of up to 6 people and we are working through our waiting list. Please contact us for more information about attending our training courses.

COVID-19 Service Update: 4th May 2021

Following the easing of restrictions in the UK, we are operating according to our usual opening hours.

Protecting our Team

Our strict Covid rules will continue for the safety of our staff and customers. All staff are required to take lateral flow tests and daily temperature checks.

Placing Orders

Orders can still be made online, by phone or by email and our customer support team are still available to help with pre or post sales enquiries.

For delivered orders, please order your goods as early as possible for your jobs, as we are already experiencing courier delays due to large amounts of freight now going through their network.

Collecting Orders or Visiting the Premises

So that we can keep our site as safe as possible we would really appreciate you ringing us an hour before at least to collect an order to avoid people hanging around and waiting. This also reduces contact in our reception area.

When entering the reception area, it is strictly one person at a time with a face mask.

In-House Training Courses

We are set to start the in-house training May 19th for smaller groups of 5. Please contact us for more information about attending our training courses.

Service Update 6th September 2021

Due to recent shortages of HGV drivers and congestions at ports, there may be some delays on your deliveries. The whole industry is suffering at the moment, and is creating challenging times which is not allowing us to hold healthy stock levels as we always have done.

We are doing everything we can to resolve this and will update this page regularly with updates.
