No, it doesn’t matter which way it is laid, it can be laid on either side – it’s quite fine.
Also, what we have been asked on a number of occasions – some people find writing on the membrane. You’ll find this writing is on both sides of the membrane. The reason for that, if there is ever a warranty callback with the material, we can then track that back to Firestone and go back through quality control to see if there had been any production issues.
