The Commercial Division and Celebrating Its Success

Our national commercial manager, Sunny Lotay has been looking back on the past 18 months. Since December 2020, we have completed 62 projects supporting businesses across the country.

During those 62 projects we’ve laid down approximately 21,000sqm of roofing – or, in other words, 80 tennis courts worth!

Following a full site survey and meetings with the project leads we were able to provide the appropriate solution and recommend using PermaRoof500.

We were also able to nominate a fantastic contractor to carry out the works and who has recently undertaken our PRI training scheme.

As part of the wider St Thomas’ Hospital project we’re working on, our PermaRoof Technical team has conducted four roof surveys and has since met with facilities managers to discuss their options.

We offer a range of roofing and building solutions to tradesmen, stockists, and directly to consumers. Long term solutions to age old problems.

For example, we’ve recently debuted our latest innovation in liquid coating at the University of Leeds with our P500 system.

Did you know that our P500 system was recently used at the University of Leeds? Its rapid curing capabilities allow rain resistance from only one layer, just 30 minutes after being laid.

During the pandemic, we were contacted to help build an emergency intensive care unit in Hull. The nature of the project meant that speed was of the essence and there was little room for mistakes, with the unit in high demand.

Due to the project needing to be completed in a tight time frame, we were required to install and waterproof the roof while the steel frame was being built, which meant there was little room for error or delay due to the many complex moving parts.
