Spring has Sprung at Permaroof

Traditional flat roof coverings, such as felt, do not withstand the rigours of frosts, heavy rain and fluctuating temperature, and many of you have found that there are cracks appearing, particularly in vulnerable areas like joins and around skylights.

Our EPDM flat roofing solutions can mean the end of problems caused by overwintering. The one-piece systems eliminate vulnerable joins and the specially designed trims and fittings make a secure and completely watertight finish around extrusions and gutters.

Replacing a flat roof is now super-easy to do with EPDM membranes and accessories. The systems are fitted using cold water adhesives and few tools and have an expected lifespan of more than 50 years, making them the ideal, sustainable solution to flat roofing for the future.
