A few basic tools (not included in the kit) are needed to install a rubber roof kit from PermaRoof UK:

Soft household broom
Dustpan and hand brush
Penny roller for detailing
Silicone roller for seams (if applicable)
EPDM Scissors
Rollers (if using a liquid adhesive option)
White crayon or chalk
