PermaRoof Commercial was enlisted by CK Facilities Management to help with vital waterproofing at Lambeth Community Centre.

The centre, a community health hub providing much needed support and services, needed a reliable roofing system to stand the test of time. Undergoing a refurbishment of the leaking, inadequate roof, the centre was under pressure to ensure minimal disruption of these critical services.

The PermaRoof Commercial team visited the site to ascertain the best approach for a long-term solution. P500, PermaRoof’s durable, high performance liquid coating was recommended. This would improve thermal performance and simplify installation on the roof, which had multiple details and extrusions.
